7. Attach cradle to the frame, by inserting the post into the opening on top of the frame.

8. Attach the cradle to the frame by snapping the tilt latch upward so it hooks over the stud.

9. Slide the tapered plates on the crossarms into the tapered sockets on the cradle.

10. Press each crossarm forward into the socket until the spring tab on the bottom of the crossarm

snaps into place.
